Once access or download has been granted, no refunds will be issued.

2. Consulting and advisory services

Refund eligibility for consulting services depends on the specific service purchased.

If a consultation or service has already been delivered → non-refundable.
If cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment → the session may be rescheduled.
Personalised services already in progress → non-refundable.

3. Unauthorised or duplicate charges
